SOUHRN
Ošetřovatelský model I. Kingové je založen na vztahu mezi pacientem a sestrou. Ošetřování dialyzovaných pacientů zahrnuje celý řád interpersonálních vztahů, z nichž nejdůležitější je právě vztah mezi sestrou a pacientem. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že klienti byli velmi spokojeni s péčí a péče se zlepšila zejména v komunikačních a psychických potřebách.

SUMMARY
I. King nursing model is based on patientnurse interrelation. Nursing of dialyzed patients embraces a broad scale of interpersonal relations of which the nursepatient relation is of greatest importance. The results of the paper show that the clients were satisfied very much with the care provided and the care improved mainly in communicative and mental needs.
